Founded by Andrey Valerio, with more than thirty years in motorsport across racing, technical and team leadership roles. Our mission is independent, transparent and sustainable career management for drivers and families.
AV Motorsport Management operates separately from LLCA Racing: every team and programme must be evaluated in the driver’s interest.
Before reaching Formula 1, several young talents lived here during their karting years. Some later continued their journey all the way to Monaco.
